Communication between club members outside of parties and get togethers is via a newsletter, which is a culmination of contacts, stories, our views and experiences ( and anyone else's!!), and information for beginners to the swinging scene. The table of contents highlights the main areas covered in each newsletter - the more input we receive from others, the better for everyone. We love to hear about other people's sexual experiences - good and bad! So, anyone reading this - member or not, please feel free to email us with anything you would like to share. Now, down to business...
Australian Swingers began as an idea formed in 1995 when we first started to get involved in the swinging scene. We have found that many people interested in swinging were eager and curious, but tentative and inexperienced. The main thought was that the telephone communication, lengthy letter writing and voice mail boxes proved rather disappointing and expensive, and just weren't working out at all. There seemed to be a lot of couples were experiencing very similar situations and frustrations, so we decided to do something about it. We put up a small web site in early 1997 using a free host to overcome the shortcomings of a free host we registered the www.australian-swingers.com domain name on the 2nd of Sept 1998 and paid for a new host, the rest is history. There are many 'clubs' advertised in papers and a lot of these proved to be meeting points for loads of single men and the professional ladies called in to 'keep them happy' - a bit scary if you are new to the scene.
Statistics show that the swinging scene is increasing in popularity in Australia overseas has grown to enormous proportions, so we are endeavoring to help new and experienced couples to enjoy this sexually satisfying way of life.
Australian Swingers is a personalised social and contact club for couples and a limited number of single women and men. We eventually hope to establish contacts with overseas clubs to enable members from here to visit them and, likewise, make visitors to Australia welcome to our own scene here.
